This charming lady is dressed perfectly for a crisp autumn afternoon. Her pin and coat are both vintage, making this outfit not only stylish but sensible. You don't have to spend a lot of money to be fashionable, in fact some of the best treasures come from thrift and consignment stores.

oooh i love it!
The bag. Oh the bag!!!
What a lovely lady!
the high collar on the coat is excellent.
Love these vintage pieces!
The coat is just beautiful...almost as beautiful as the camel's hair coat I just gave my daughter. My mother bought it for me 50 years ago right after I was married. The Mink collar is still perfect. I must get a picture soon. Vintage has so many stories to tell.

All the pieces work so well...and yes - that bag!!
I love her coat but even more I love her bucket bag! The colours are fantastic. She speaks so calmly and eloquently about her clothing choices.
Love the fit especially in the shoulders - till I scrolled down I thought it'd be a shorter jacket - this lady look great!!!
What a neat blog! I love this!
When you panned down to her shoes, I was thrilled to see that I have the exact same, two-toned shoes! I can't wear high heels anymore because I have a back injury so I'm trying to learn to love flat shoes. I bought these because they remind me of my grandmother.
